Our Palliative Care program is designed for patients of all ages who have been diagnosed with incurable conditions. Palliative Care patients and their families require sensitive care as they journey through the stages of life limiting illnesses. Our customized programsprovide a targeted, integrated, and multidisciplinary approach designed to improve the quality of life of patients and families dealing with the requirements and complications of life limiting illnesses. It aims to alleviate suffering, improve quality of life, and assist with difficult decision making for patients with advanced illnesses. Palliative Care is an approach to limit and relieve suffering by means of early identification, assessment, and treatment of pain and other symptoms.
